We had a very sad weekend as our oldest kitty Teeds passed away.He has been a member of our family for 20 years and will be sadly missed.We adopted him into our family when my son was 8 and I was 28 and it seems like he has been with us forever as my son will be turning 28,the same age as I was when we got him.Above is a photo of Teeds when he was younger and in his prime.It broke my heart to see him go but he didn't suffer,and I thanked god for that.He was a sweet and gentle soul and we will miss him dearly.
:( so sorry.. I know the feeling so very well. But wow, 20 years is a wonderful long life. You must have taken very good care of your precious friend. maybe you should make a little kitty in memory of him.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my eldest kitty at the beginning of the year and they leave such a gap in your life. Remember the good times and all he meant to you and also that he had an amazing life with you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know exactly how you feel as we recently had to say goodbye to our girl, Misty. After 25 years with me, my heart was broken when I had to let her go.
